  ● You have processed a total of fewer than 10 images.
  Purchases outside of the 7 Days Money Back Guarantee are generally non-refundable. If you've purchased a subscription of 50 images per month and are not satisfied with the result, you can cancel the subscription at any time.

• Can I cancel/upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

  Yes, you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade the subscription anytime.
  The new subscription takes effect immediately when you upgrade or downgrade your plan. Besides, the unused image from the previous subscription will be added to this new one. For instance, you have 30 unused images in the previous subscription, and now you've upgraded to another subscription - 500 images per month. Then once you upgrade the subscription, you will have 530 new images in this billing period. And start from the second billing period, 500 images are available to process per month.
  If you cancel the subscription, the unused images can only be used until the end of this billing period.

• What if I run out of images?

  If you have used up all the images at a monthly subscription, image watermark removal and background removal are possible until next month. Yet, for the video watermark removal and adding watermark service, you can use it without any limit.
  Suppose you need to process more images; please upgrade the subscription, or you can top up images with a lifetime plan for backup.

• How to activate my account?

  The license code will be sent to your billing email upon payment.
  Please find the license in the inbox or spam folder.
  Then copy the license code and paste it into the activation box on AnyErase.
